Well, things have been relatively calm here on the farm. We have 2 new horses in since the last post. Shady and Becca came at the end of January. They both belong to Amy T. Shady is looking for a new home, but it has to be the RIGHT home and she will stay here until then. She is a sweet little dark bay Morgan cross who has some trust issues and needs a calm, patient, experienced owner. Amy is planning to keep Becca, she is a chestnut Quarter Horse (or a QH cross), and apart from her very grumpy faces she is also a sweetie. Becca is now with the other mares - she fits right in with the group. Shady is more dominant and I haven't tried to integrate her yet. I'm hoping she'll find a home soon, if not I may try her with one of the other mares in the spring.
